Un assaisonnement tout usage très doux qui relève délicatement tous les plats salés.
Riche en umami naturel grâce aux algues et aux cèpes récoltés Gaspésie, cet assaisonnement est composé en majorité d’aromates sauvages et cultivés au Québec et au Canada.
Ce mélange subtil de 16 épices constitue une excellente base de saveur auquel l’on peut aisément ajouter d’autres épices si l’on désire donner des saveurs distinctes à un plat : un cari ou une sauce BBQ par exemple.
Ingrédients : graines de moutarde, algues, fleur d’ail, oignon, cayenne, coriandre, cèpes, comptonie, thym, thé du Labrador, sarriette d’hiver, livèche, panais, mélèze, clavalier sauvage, estragon.

At our Cabane ou kiosque Labonté de la pomme, according to the respective schedules of each Christmas Market.
3. Home delivery
Delivery to your door is made between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on the day chosen, regarding availability and according to the current schedule.
Free delivery for orders of 124$ and more (before tax) to the following postal codes: J0N1E0, J0N 1M0, J0N1P0, J0N, J0V, J7B, J7C, J7E, J7G, J7H, J7J, J7N, J6Z, J7A, J7P, J7R,
If the $124 or more (before tax) requirement is not met, a $15 fee will apply.
