Shipping policy

Our four (4) points of sale:

Drop-offs delivery are made by 11:00 a.m. on the selected day, free of charge, available according to the schedule in effect.

The delivery must be picked up on the day selected at the time of your order. It is your responsibility to pick it up on the day and during the hours of business in effect at that time. If the order is not picked up on the agreed day, it will be lost in its entirety and no refund will be possible. This is to ensure the safety and sanitary nature of the food when you take possession of it.

Once your order is delivered to the drop-off points, it is no longer our responsibility in any way.
