Come and discover our family agritourism estate and its century-old orchard, nestled on a mountainside overlooking the bucolic Oka Valley, enjoying a microclimate that faces the Oka National Park and the Lake of Two Mountains. In the heart of the Oka countryside, in the Lower Laurentians region, our orchard has preserved, over the years, the soul and authenticity of the farms of yesteryear. Our orchard is known for offering an experience through the senses for epicureans and is innovative with its original concept of the very first apple shack in Quebec. Come visit us as the seasons go by!

When you visit us
At the general store as well as for fruit picking, we use biodegradable ecological bags, reusable or recyclable baskets or boxes, in addition to composting all our table waste at the Apple Shack. In addition, recycling and composting bins are made available to everyone in every corner of our orchard. We pay particular attention to the management and saving of water on the farm by applying practical alternatives to reduce its use.

Ecological Farming Estate
On our estate, we care about the environment and use the most sustainable and environmentally responsible farming practices. We are proud to take actions to constantly improve our ecological footprint. We are proud to take actions to constantly improve our ecological footprint. We use a sustainable ecological culture, in collaboration with the advice of our agronomists.
Our tangible actions
Our orchard is cultivated without herbicides. By conducting constant natural tests, we apply integrated pest management in collaboration with their natural predators. A winning and natural collaboration that we have the advantage of promoting in order to respect the environment and to offer you high quality products. Moreover, all our crop residues are composted. We have started a large-scale green project introducing backfill for the ecological and sustainable regeneration of a portion of our land, which is currently unused, having previously been a quarry excavated to extract the rock. This land will be reallocated to sustainable agricultural activities. We ensure that our crops evolve for the benefit of everyone's health.
