The ALICE cider is a cider flavored with cherry cherries grown and harvested by hand at the estate, a beautiful sparkling gazéifié, which gives it nice notes of refreshing berries and slightly acidulated. A beautiful Rosé!
The name of Alice cider is inspired by the great-daughter of the growers, the sparkling Alice!

From our terroir, from our Okoises lands, each apple and cherry is hand picked at the orchard of the estate to be pressed, fermented and bottled on site in our new cider facilities at the estate in Oka.
Freshly squeezed and carbonated apple juice made from handpicked apples and sour cherries from our orchard, sorbate, potassium metabisulfite, vitamin C to ensure the freshness and flavor.
Serve cold. Refrigerate after opening.
